Tana grew up in Butte, MT and attended Montana State University earning a degree in Elementary Education with a specialty in mathematics. She continued her education earning her MBA from City University in Bellevue, WA while working a 31 year career for the Department of the Navy in the field of Human Resources. Upon retirement, Tana and her husband, Jay, relocated to Bozeman, MT to be near their daughter and her family which includes their three grandsons, the 3 Ps.
